The driver obviously pulled ahead of the scale and parked it there, like we would do at a fuel island.
Anchorman,
I'm going to go with number four on your list. Yep, that should cover most of them.
#7 You lost one of your flip flops
Truckers in flip flops......smh.....
Parking at a CAT Scale , LONG TERM parking ahead of a fuel island and (one I saw today) parking around the fuel island in a way to make it difficult to actually LEAVE the truck stop.
Another would be parking in a fire lane

Recent fuel pad comedy...
Saw a truck pull forward off the fuel pad stopping about 20 feet from the stop line, blocking the pumps with his trailer. Pulled his brakes and exited his truck. Although he was quickly dealt with (was showered with "Love" at "Love's"), he had no clue what the problem was and complained loudly as he got back in his truck.
LOL Brett, yeah flip flops?? I watch ex-pat video's on living in Philippines, they do EVERYTHING in flip flops! Amazing video 1 guy that does youtubes, made a video of them building this church. Wow! I guess that's what it's like working in a country that doesn't have OSHA. Or in some countries they'll mine gold using mercury without any protection. "Yeah, we know it's gonna kill you but take it or leave it."
Definitely number one on that top 10.

I saw this at a CAT Scale , at a Loves, in McPherson, Kansas. The driver obviously pulled ahead of the scale and parked it there, like we would do at a fuel island.
I saw a truck back up off a CAT Scale, and luckily, I was paying attention, as I was trying to leave the truck stop and deliver my load.
Do NOT park at a CAT Scale.
