Does anyone know how long it takes to get trained and go solo after the 18 days that are advertised? Also, does it matter if you go to Fontana or SLC? I'm from Las Vegas, and the Fontana school is closer, but they told me I'd be attending Salt Lake City.

Do yourself a favor and don't go there. Walk right down the road and join up at swift. You won't regret it

Can't really talk about CRE. I took my training at Swift. (No relation to William W.) My training was roughly 90 days from the first day of school until I got my truck for driving solo. So don't put up a fight about going to SLC. There's less smog there than in Fontana.

About 6 months would be your answer Mike.

6 months seems very high. Like Errol I was solo after about 90 days from when I started school with Swift. What are you basing your answer on?

CR England requires brand new drivers to team, after initial training, before they are offered the chance to drive solo.
