I don't know that I really have any comment to add. I think the pictures speak for themselves on this one.
The shark teeth are funny, but maybe it would be more effective to paint that section yellow with big black letters that say, "LOW BRIDGE - CLEARANCE 11'4"". Otherwise it's just some random graffiti or street art that detracts from the little sign with that critical information.

Dunno...
There's a sign on the bridge - and doubtless, one before the entry onto the block of the bridge.
Very few excuses on this one.

Has anyone seen the Youtube Video shot by a woman following a tractor-trailer that ran into the shark last week? It completely shaved the trailer off the frame... at night... with the woman driving the car exclaiming at the end, "I knew that was going to happen."

"The driver reportedly told police he made a wrong turn and did not see the bridge."

Probably the same guy that would not see the brick wall he walked into.

Here is what I don't get. You see the trailer crunched. Then when you look at the truck, it looks like the sleeper made it under, but the angle makes it appear that it should have been crunched too.
Well, after watching the video and seeing the flashing lights, there really is no excuse at all.
Here, down in Needles, Calif is a train bridge in town. It clearly shows 8 foot clearance, I'm amazed how many RV's I seen people actually try to go under and crunch the tops and rip off their roof a/c units! Unreal, there's barely room for 1 car at a time to pass thru, each side waiting their turn, yet an RV thinks they could ever fit bahahaha!
