I was just wondering what other companies offer cdl sponsorship/training not all ready on this site. I know some others are western express, raider express, kllm, maverick and just wanting to know if y'all know of any more?

I've been looking into Jim Palmer Trucking and they look like a really good company so far and the pay seems higher than all the others. Look them up.

I've been thinking about Jim Palmer too! They have same req like Prime? Are they connected?

Jim Palmer & WilTrans have the same ownership.

Not sure if Prime has any ownership stake in them - but they appear to exclusively haul Prime Reefer trailers.

Since they are much smaller than Prime, they likely don't have nearly as many slots open for new drivers, and their hiring area appears to be smaller than Primes. They appear to have nice, newer tractors and their pay seems to be pretty solid - and they are getting decent miles running Prime's stuff.

I contacted them, but they won't take me as a student since I already have a CDL-A (they want me to turn it in and start fresh), and my current zip code isn't in their hiring area.

Rick
