The folks here that have recently attended these schools will surely be here to give you some specifics. But I would imagine they have some place to keep your stuff safe.
No they do not. However, the company sponsored schools give you a hotel to stay in while you're in orientation and training for your CDL. You can store your belongings there. Some companies force you to share a room with a student so just be aware of that.
I've never had a problem just leaving my laptop on my bed in the hotel. They are pretty safe.
So they don't provide any locker for you but you'll have plenty of room in your hotel to keep your stuff at.
