Nah, it was because of the product, I guess bags can burst at high altitude.

Ah, yes, that could make sense. My bottled water supply (I keep 2-4 gallons of potable water in the truck at all times) makes lots of popping noises as the air in the 1 gallon jugs expands and contracts while I cross mountains. The first time it happened I stopped my truck and tried to figure out what the heck just made that noise!

Hahahah. I never thought of that. Now u have lt go try it and listen hahah

It definitely had to do with the product because my nephew drove for Stevens and went that way all the time as a rookie.

Yeah, I heard a story one time about a rookie who pulled a load of potato chips across the Rockies, and the load got rejected because all the bags had burst open due to the change in atmospheric pressures while going through the high altitudes.

One time I parked at night way up in the mountains and went to brush my teeth before going to sleep. I opened up the toothpaste and it shot all over the place like a champagne bottle! Then I was afraid to open anything until I got back down!

I had the same issue just with a bottle of mustard while trying to make a sandwich.
