HI,I did 10-12 apps from driffrant compantys over the past 2 days.one called me this morning and asked if they could run my info.got me to thinking is it going to hurt me for all these compantys to run my info? im just wanting to get the best opportunity here. my plan is to talk to all of them.

Unless they're running hard inquires on your credit, then no. I must have applied to 20 different companies before I graduated.

No, that isn't going to hurt anything.

Agree with CT. Soft inquiries for employment purposes will cause no harm. However, my employer runs my DMV report every year and under the Fair Credit Reporting Act the state is required to notify you of these inquiries. So you can expect to get a letter from the state every time somebody runs your driving record. No cause for alarm, just an FYI.
