This is a really tight alley dock - literally. Allie didn't do it, she just runs her camera.

No room "in front", a concrete pillar on the right/blind side. A real city alley.

Lots of help spotting.

This Is No Longer Fun

Watch the tractor. Allie doesn't highlight this, but the driver needed to swing the tractor around without moving the trailer too much. (That can be done, it's not hard, just tedious.)

I'm horribly impressed!

Lol.. LSU' s campus is no place for a big rig. So not only is that a PIA spot but thier trip planning must have been spot on.

I cringed watching the passenger side tire all over that curb.

Looks like Allie doesn't do a whole lot of driving anymore period.

Since her internet rock-stardom, looks like she's doing marketing and other stuff. Not sure if this was her lifes goal, but she seems to be enjoying it.

I've been watching her travels since she first started posting. Personally - I miss the daily road blogs.

I think she's doing training and promo video for JPT and Wiltrans, along with some high-vis loads. She struggled with it at first, you can tell from watching the video from that time. Still love watching her video when they come out. She does a very good job, from actually filming down to editing.

So she's not just a prime driver anymore? I missed lots of her vids once I started trucking but they were great!

Do you have a link to a vid where she talks about her job or how are you thinking that's what she does now?

Thanks

If you go to her you-tube page and look at her videos from june/July she talks a little about it.

I thought I wouldn't have time but it seems no one can switch me to OTR and they can't dispatch me until the switch so I'll go look them up.

Thanks.

OTR:

Over The Road

OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
