Cowboy Burgers & BBQ. Oh......I thought that was what he ate there!
What is the Name/Location?
Tractor Man, it's this location: https://goo.gl/maps/55MnoBy5wYz in Fontana, CA.
There are a few more Cowboy Burgers around the valley, but this is the only one with truck parking. It's near a SWIFT terminal , heck it's near a lot of truck facilities, as it's deep in the transportation region of the valley.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Thanks Michael, It was early this morning when I read that post. I thought it was about Burgers and BBQ to eat, not the name of the TS. LOL! Thanks for the location, I despise going anywhere near Ontario/Jurupa, but end up there more often than I care to admit. I'll have to check it out

There are two Farmer Boys Burger joints on S. Entiwanda with truck parking. One is less than 1/2 mile from the Cowboy Burgers.

Ate there twice while I was down in that area. Too bad I wasn't a day or two later, we could have met up.
Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.
Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

This place is actually a decent little urban truck stop. No showers, but the parking spots are reasonably organized, the food is better than most truck stop food, and it's right in the middle of an industrial area, less than a quarter mile from my final.
You have to buy $10 of stuff from them to get a free overnight parking pass. The good thing is that $10 in food here is actually a substantial meal.
