My recruiter does not call or respond to my messages. After a month and a half I called main recruiting and found out that my application is good and they want to move forward. They gave messages to my recruiter that i have called. According to main recruiting they said he has tried to call me and has left messages on the voice mail and sent me emails, yet no messages or emails have been received. What are my options? they want to hire me but my recruiter is dropping the ball.

Start by making sure they have your correct phone number and email address.

Beyond that, just call and talk to any other recruiter if you can't get in touch with the one you originally were dealing with.

Thanks for the response@ Sambo will do.

Every time you call them, follow it up with an email. That way there is a record of it...try to be patient, recruiters are very busy and tend to work on things in a triage fashion.

"recruiter is dropping the ball"

Isn't it you that's looking for employment and should verify all contact info that they have is correct, get in touch and keep things moving.

"What are my options? "

Call them and talk to them instead of wondering how you can already jump.

I did 99% of correspondence via email with my Swift Recruiter. Never had an issue. On a couple of occasions I requested She call me. Never waited more than several hours for a call. Be patient. You will learn soon enough that "Patience IS a virtue" in the Trucking Business.
