I'm on day 3 as a solo driver for Schneider and I need to transflo some bills of lading. My questions. 1. Do I transflow the packing list as well? 2. Do I transflow all of my scale tickets including reweighs? 3. I delivered to a Costco and they gave me signed receipts that are stickers about 4x5 inches. Do I stick them on the bill of lading or transflow them separate? Thanks in advance. Jason
Just out of curiosity...why not call you driver manager or leader? Asking a question like that here might not get you a quick answer. If I were you I'd contact bi orange.
G-Town is right.
But...TRANSFLO your BOL with a Proof of Delivery sticker. Only TRANSFLO scale tickets if you paid out of pocket and are submitting as an expense. If you paid scale fees with your EFS card, throw the scale tickets away or keep with the other docs. The other stuff you can hang onto, but shouldn't need to TRANSFLO.
I hope this helps.
BMI is a formula that uses weight and height to estimate body fat. For most people, BMI provides a reasonable estimate of body fat. The BMI's biggest weakness is that it doesn't consider individual factors such as bone or muscle mass. BMI may:
It's quite common, especially for men, to fall into the "overweight" category if you happen to be stronger than average. If you're pretty strong but in good shape then pay no attention.
Doesn't Schneider use the TransFlo Mobile + App??? It makes life so much easier. I think I have scanned at an actual TransFlo scanner once. I always just use the App. Makes life simple easy.

Yes
That makes life simple. I am sure each company has their own SOP, but generally should be similar. Cover Sheet/Trip sheet, 1 copy of each page that is different from BOL, plus any reimbursements.
My company has us write the company's trip number on all pages of the BOL. As far as receipts, they have to have Truck #, Trailer #, company trip #, and PO# written on them. I just take pictures and send.
I have my own little routine. Every morning I send the previous days "Trip packs" in that are completed. Literally takes me like 5 minutes. I send previous days hour report thru the QC. I am ready to roll. I usually do that during the time I am babysitting my "on-duty" time for pretrip. Since I always do my pretrip while I am "off duty".
Thanks for the replays. I slapped delivery stickers on everything and sent it. I'm sure someone will contact me if I screwed up. This evening I used the app to transflo. That worked well too. New question, do you approve your logs every day or at the end of the week?
I do it everyday.
These are really questions for your TE or DBL. I'm happy to help, but the last thing you need is to do something wrong and then say some guy on the internet told you to do it. :)
If you can, use trans flo app. Now your smartphone becomes a tax deduction. As always, consult your tax professional first.
I send one of everything I generate. Including packing lists, any service documentation. All of it. Since that can lead to 20+ page transflos, I usually just use the kiosks, so I use less of my phone's bandwidth. If I am repowered, or have a really simple run, and stop in a truck stop or shipper/receiver with no transflo kiosk, I'll use my phone.
The customer who is shipping the freight. This is where the driver will pick up a load and then deliver it to the receiver or consignee.
