Nico Rosberg announced his retirement just shortly after winning his first F1 championship. Any speculation on who might be his replacement? Wehrlein, vettel, Alonso, verstappen?
F1...? Isn't that the type of racing where both left and right turns are executed,...and they use their brakes every lap and not just when entering the pit area? Yeah,... that's the one.
I watched Nico's Father race,...so yes since the mid-70's (Mario Andretti, Alan Jones, Niki Lauda, Jodi Scheckter, Jackie Stewart, Jacques Villeneuve (RIP), etc.) No idea on your question...but I think Nico is making a really smart decision. Retire on top when you can still walk away.

Sniper...I like 'em all.
Big F1 fan and rally car but not a fan of the greedy little midget who runs FIA. I think Vettel would be a good fit to be honest. He's a skilled driver who really understands the input from the car and relays that information well to the crew. Alonso would be my second choice but he can be a bit unpredictable.
I've actually been trying to get into f1 racing. It looks fun.
My favorite driver at the moment is Kimi Raikonnen. Once he stops over driving the car and gets back to feeling the car, he'll be a force to be reckoned with.
One other viable pick I'd like to see considered is Daniel Ricardo. Granted, I'm not sure if now would be a good time for either Ricardo or verstappen to leave red bull. Seems since they changed engines last season, they have been doing very well.
I look for red bull to be very much in the mix with mercedes and ferrari this year. However, with the new car design, I'm not sure if that will make any difference. I've heard that since wehrlein is the test driver for mercedes, he has the most miles on the new car for merc.
