Try this one. Daniel B's Pre trip with pictures. Also, there are plenty of pre-trip videos on YouTube.
Saw the videos. The Apex video seems to me the best. You can never have too many tools though. Also I'm guessing an audio would burn far less data than youtube for the mobile user.

An audio only pre-trip not sure how effective that would be. The only sure fire way to learn the pre-trip is to practice and repetition on a real truck. Seeing is believing.

^^^^^^ This.
It's one thing to listen to and memorize a script. The problem with that is - each company/program, does their script a little different.
While there are KEY THINGS to remember (like saying OF AN INCH when you describe tread depths), there's no substitute for being able to POINT TO the item you are describing - and most PTI's require this.

I completely agree that the video it self is amazing in the fact that a good video shows you where the things are that you need to know. However for the sake of attempting to be helpful theres a few options. If you have a PC there are programs and websites that can download the youtube video for you to put on your mobile or laptop to watch without using data. That way not only do you have the audio if you just want to listen to it, but you also have the video aspect if you want to watch what they are pointing to. I found APEX is nice theres another one that I use from a Prime driver since that's who I am going with.
I only have mobile and don't know how to download from youtube and didn't know you could. Not very tech savvy. Nice to know though. Thanks.

Google it or search on YouTube how to do it.

I just listened to the podcasts. Awesome stuff Brett. You're a great orator. It occurred to me while listening how very helpful a pre-trip audio might be to us newbies.
