I received an e-mail from one of HOW recruiters. A perspective employee told her about my posts. She read my training blog post and gave me an atta boy.

Perhaps I will get upgraded to a Ford F-150 just like Rainey, ROFL. rofl-1.gifrofl-1.gif

If Prime would see half of the things and info I posted about them over my time here they would feel obligated to send me check. But oh well!

No, they'd probably appreciate it, but I guarantee they would not feel obligated to send you a check.

I don't know man. I see myself as being a significant contributing factor on their recent growth over the last 5 years!

They need to send me a big check so I can retire already. Getting way too old for these 60 hour work weeks.

This morning, I got a call from the recruiting office. They wanted to know if I would be interested in doing an interview for a promotional video for the company. I agreed so now, I am being routed to the terminal to take part in this promotional video on Thursday.

See, good things do come. No rest for the wicked. I mean weary. Yeah that's it. Weary!

Drive Safe and God Speed everyone

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Hell, I'd be happy with a free load lock or tire chains. That Rob Low is tight with his money. Haha

Well, video all complete. Once the video is done being edited and put together I will get a copy. Jamie told me that she thought of me because of my presence here on Trucking Truth.

I must admit it was fun doing the video. Maybe acting will be my next career, lol. Nawww. I enjoy driving too much. I love this life. It suits me.

Drive Safe everyone and God Speed Y'all.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
