the dui's are it, no felonies or phsyco issues, my work history is pretty bad in this economy, temp jobs for survival. Prime already shot me down last fall. Got a call from CFI this morning, I feel like a little girl or something, i don"t unemploy very well, it's like being on the Titanic, after the ice burg

double-quotes-start.png

At Prime you must be 10 years from completion of any felony. Each company is a little different. The main thing is you didn't lie on your application. If there is anything in your past they may find it. That doesn't mean it's an automatic fail. It is the company's discretion how they handle it. All I know is CFI and some of the backgrounds people have that have been hired by them. Do you have concerns other than the DUI?

double-quotes-end.png

Hey!!! I'm a girl...and you hurt my feelings! Hahha just kidding.

I'm going to nit pick here..,you are "the DUIs are it". Did you mean MORE than one DUI? If so...that right there is the problem. I didn't know if it was just the way you typed it or if you have more than one.

one in 2005, and one back in the nineties, I'm applying under the impression that they are more than 5 years old, should be ok

filled out the application, now just waiting to be run through the system, Caledon was another hope but thy don't hire from AZ, which is where my drivers liscense is from, (used to live there) family thought i should move back home

Did CFI give you any hope? They are a great company. If all you have is the DUI and you can put together work history and or unemployment for the past 3 to 10 years, you should be good.

If Swift will take you, they are a great company with many different driving opportunities. There are several Swift drivers on here who can tell you more. The only thing I hear about CR England is they pay low. I do not know if that is true. I know they are a big company. In the long run you should look for a company or companies that have what you want. Good luck.

Shawn the farthest the most extensive MVR goes is 10 years , most companies go back 5 years for it to full off so you should be fine

MVR:

Motor Vehicle Record

An MVR is a report of your driving history, as reported from your state Department of Motor Vehicles. Information on this report may include Drivers License information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on your driving record.

Thank you, maybe I'm a little too vigilant, but, hate to them to say you falsified your application, I guess the best way is to jump in and see where it goes, I watch and research a little too much on this on the net, scattering my brain
