I was just wondering if anyone knows if I am able to do my fingerprints and background check out of state . My company is making me get my hazmat endorsement I am licensed out of the state of New Hampshire but I’m doing my fingerprints in Massachusetts.

HAZMAT:

Hazardous Materials

Explosive, flammable, poisonous or otherwise potentially dangerous cargo. Large amounts of especially hazardous cargo are required to be placarded under HAZMAT regulations

I don't really know to tell you the truth. Maybe someone will chime in that's familiar with it. That kind of stuff can often vary from state to state.

I have a Maine licence and I went to the location in Portsmouth NH. According to this page The Hazardous Materials Endorsement Threat Assessment Program you can go to any application center unless you live in Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia or Wisconsin, in which case you go to your state's DMV.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

DMV:

Department of Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Motor Vehicles

The state agency that handles everything related to your driver's licences, including testing, issuance, transfers, and revocation.

Check with your state DMV to be 100% sure.
