Yes, you can get kicked out for that. You won't owe any money to the company though.
If you answered the questions on the form honestly and gave them exactly the information they asked for then you'll be fine. If you withheld any information they're probably going to send you home.
Let them know everything. Even if it was a drug offense 35 years ago, they will find out.
Will I get the chance to fill out another application when I get there or will they go based on the application I filled out online?
It was an a drinking under the age of 21 ticket lol
You only need to answer the question as it was asked on the application. If they asked if were you ever convicted of a misdemeanor or felony, then only answer that question. So if your underage ticket was not a misdemeanor or felony, then you can truthfully answer no to the question, and leave it at that.
It's important to be completely honest on the application. It's equally important not to volunteer any additional information not specifically asked.
I say answer all questions ASKED truthfully and honestly, no matter how long ago.... give them no more or no less then they ASK for.... If they ask for convictions, then give info on convictions, if they ask about ARRESTS, give them that info, Tickets, give them that info.... If they ask for a certain length of time (1 year, 5 years, 10 years, ever) then go back that far.... If your record has been expunged after conviction, and you have it in writing, then you can answer no, and if it comes up, then you can show them the expungement letter from the court and the company should toss that part of the record.

I was wondering if not putting something on the conviction form from ten years ago because my recruiter said not to could be a reason for Swift to kick me out of school while I'm there? They will do a background check on me anyway, right? Idk. Can anyone help!?!? I'm leaving on the 21st of this month. Thanks
