So my journey to CR England has been a long and drawing out process. Last fall we had to attend a funeral in Low Angles. The funeral was on a Friday. I had been up and going since Tuesday, non stop. Work, meetings, errands , the kids and school, the wife in her job. I went to work on Monday night, Monday became Tuesday and Tuesday became Friday. Friday we attended the funeral and were headed back to Law Vegas right on scheduled. We weren't going to stop till Barstow for dinner. Our goal be back home by 6:30 give me time to rest and go to work. At 4:30 we were 75 miles north of los Angles thanks to countless accidents, roads being closed due to police activity, road closures due to construction and rerouted by Google maps. By 5:00 we had made our way to the pearblossom high way. We stopped for some not so incredible gas station food and fuel. By 6:30 we made it to the I15. According to Google we should be home at 8:30. At 8pm we hadn't reach state line. At 9:30 we rolled up into a 7-11 and ten minutes I walked into work. Did I mention I drove the whole day. Through out the night I kept dozing off. I would start some assignment close it and start it over. I was a complete mess. The phone would ring and I would ask what is that weird noise? Needless to say I was let go. I was on borrowed time with the job anyway, it had been a health problem and my boss kept telling me to find another job. So on the day of my birthday I landed a job as life insurance sales agent trainee. I called my wife and told her the good news. She started laughing and she wouldn't stop. Finally she stopped and asked why I really called? I explained I was now a life insurance sales agent trainee. She was quite and then said no your not , find something else and hung up. So I began to job hunt applied for everything under the sun. About a week later I had received about dozen calls to come in for sales interviews mostly insurance sales job. To be honest I wasn't looking for a sales job. So as I was looking at the help wanted ads on multiple job sites, applying for everything when my wife called. She said I know what job you need to go after, what you would enjoy. Fashion model? I asked No she said Think about it you love the Waffle House, horrible truck stop dinner food and you love road trips I was quite for a minute. So I should take a road trip to Texas and get a job at. a Waffle house. No she said you need to become a truck Driver it's in your blood it's what your family has done since trucks have been around. So I began to look around at truck driving schools what it took to become one. I put in a interest card with several companies that offer training including two local schools. Within days I was talking with both the local schools and CR England. As the next few weeks passed I began to have doubts about CR England far too many bad reviews. I soon decided to go with a local school. However by the end of January all communication with the local school had dried up. CR England kept sending text and emails, kept calling. I took a second and third look at CR England. The wife and I began to discuss it and soon decided it was probably best I go away for truck driving school instead of doing a local school. Trying to deal with truck driving school in the day and the family at night was a recipe for failure. So I officially put in CR England. Got my CDL learners permit got my DOT medical card and set a date for my class. Due to an on going family court case I have had to delay my start date several times. I have sent my recruiter numerous emails this week even phone calls none of have been returned. I realize that the recruiter is probably extremely busy. I am also keeping in mind CR England might have moved on and that I might need to look at a different trucking school. So begins the great adventure

Unfortunately any plans for truck driving school are on hold till next month due to a pending court case. It looks like the earliest I will be going to CR England is around the middle of May. I also learn that the person I was working with at CR England had moved on. I spoke with another person who apparently took over her position and after giving her my name and application ID number responded with Are you sure you applied with us? Finally after a little back and fourth she located my file. I explained the court issue and she said callback May 1st and we will get you in a class. So for now my potential truck driving career is in limbo
