Jersey Dan Finally Out On The Road !

Hey guys. Out with the trainer finishing up week one. Loving it so far. My trainer and I have gotten along pretty well. I’ve asked to do most of everything which was ok with him. Want to be great at ALL of it. Besides having to maneuver in very tight areas of Houston and all of the construction through Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma...been great. And if anyone from Texas is asking about the 2 million bugs missing...tell them they’re in my grill and windshield. Lol

How do you like those Texas U-turn lanes? When I was with my trainer I was leaving a receiver and 1 tire went off the curb (it was a pretty tight exit) and he gave me ribbing about it and said "that's the difference between you and me"

Later on that day he was on the phone and went through the u-turn lane. And ran over a brand new still wet curb.

I still remember the call to safety when he told them "I smushed it, I smushed a brand new curb" lol

They asked if he called because he curbed the trailer tires? And I was laughing so hard I had to get in the sleeper.

Karma will never be one upped.

Ha! Passed my permit test today... rest of my training is menuvers.. and on the road.. exam is in 3 weeks... see ya out there man!
