There is definitely a “pace” when working through rehab.
Push yourself, but listen carefully to physical therapists in setting limits.
Pain in this case can be your body telling you enough, just now.
And pushing too hard can cause setbacks.

I am fairly certain this is what "heaven" looks like =)

I get a little more than excited when I see beautiful rigs on the road and, even more so, when I see a lineup of them like this. Road trips feed my soul and I'm dying to road trip to some of the truck stops in the Pacific NW and just photograph the rigs (photography is another passion of mine). Just don't want to seem like a weirdo for taking pix of random people's trucks
