Can you provide details, as well as if incident happened in a CMV. Also, when did this happen?

CMV:

Commercial Motor Vehicle

A CMV is a vehicle that is used as part of a business, is involved in interstate commerce, and may fit any of these descriptions:

  • Weighs 10,001 pounds or more
  • Has a gross vehicle weight rating or gross combination weight rating of 10,001 pounds or more
  • Is designed or used to transport 16 or more passengers (including the driver) not for compensation
  • Is designed or used to transport 9 or more passengers (including the driver) for compensation
  • Is transporting hazardous materials in a quantity requiring placards

I sure do love it when ask for advice with little to no detail, and then don't give more details. Has you scratching your head to wtf.gif . So you go to google to find out what is the driving in the 2nd degree and find out it pertains to Washington State. Then you go was that person using alcohol or drugs or what.

As Rob T. said was it in a CMV or personal Vehicle. Were you fired from a trucking company because of that instance or not?

People can't help if you only ask and not give details.

So Shannon joined us over 2 years ago but this was the only post and already a month old. Honestly I wish I'd seen this a month ago.

Shannon if you're still with us, we don't judge so please provide me details so we can better advise you.

Susan

I wasn't judging her, it would be nice to know what help can be provided if she would stick around to be able to help. I wasn't being critical of her offense, but that she didn't finish her point so she can be helped.
