I am sorry to tell you but most trucking companies probably aren't going to work with you or even consider working with you. Two words "DUI" "Accident" in the same paragraph, that's all recruiters need too see to determine your unfit to be a driver. Personally I read your post and it seems to me that you don't take this whole incident serious, it's almost if your bragging you beat this DUI in court.
Driving Under the Influence
Fermin welcome to the forum.
Trucking has zero tolerance for drug and alcohol abuse. A trace of any banned substance found during a random test is grounds for immediate termination and establishes a very difficult path beyond that trying to find another commercial driving job.
The companies willing to hire a rookie driver also look for candidates with good judgement and a driving record that reflects safe operation. A DUI arrest is not going to bode well for you. There are companies that will not consider you at all, ever. The ones that will, typically want a minimum of three years to pass from the date of arrest. Look here to see what the future may hold: Trucking Company Reviews
Not trying to beat you up here...just trying to instill a sense of reality that you cannot mix the use of alcohol with this job. We are held to a much higher level of accountability when it comes to this sort of thing. It’s not with the risk.
My advice is to decide if this is what you really want, accept responsibility for your mistake, and make the appropriate adjustments to your lifestyle.

I got a Dui 6 months ago and got my court case DISMISSED and went to the Dmv Hearing and won the hearing base on no driving defense. I pulled my driving record and it shows the DUI arrest but no convictions no points either. I do have a accident because of this incident because the dui enolved a accident. Would employers take this as a DUI in my driving record.
Thank you,
