I'm sorry; that sucks that they can't tell you ahead of time 100% - sounds stressful. I hope it works out for you as smoothly as possible!
Just a hint, carry copies with you, not the originals. If for some reason the originals are lost you're in a world of hurt replacing them. Something else you may want to check into is if you can record the documents in the county where the court is. It costs some money but you can then get certified originals for a few bucks and you don't have to worry about losing the originals. Just suggestions.
This is why we recommend Paid CDL Training Programs. They will usually run your background before they accept you. I know CFI does. While you're in training they will look again.

I took everyone's advice. I contacted my prospective employer, told them the whole embarrassing story. I was told, as long as it didn't appear on current case search, weather, guilty or not, I have nothing to worry about. They said unless brought up, don't mention it at all, as long as I was expundge which it was. I was welcome to attend their training course. However, you can bet, my documents will be traveling with me. I'm just afraid of being turned away after the fact
