Thanks Turtle! I'm here and just got checked into my room, a day early, but that's cool, I'll just chill and get some studying done tomorrow.

Well, here we are at day zero, got in a day early so I'm calling today day zero. Hit walmart this morning to get some body maintenance supplies as TSA took some of mine from my bag @ the airport, cant blame a guy for trying!

Everybody I've met so far has been great, from the shuttle driver who picked me up at the bird who had some very welcome tips, suggestions, and warnings, to the gals in the cafe providing good food and friendly conversation, and, several people in different stages of training. Have run into a few complainers, but that's not conversations I'm willing to take part in! Since this is day zero and I'm not scheduled for anything, I'm spending the day completing the initial paperwork packet, doing studying and going for walks for exercise.

Excited about getting started tomorrow!!

Day 1 good, busy, and long, but feeling bummed, failed the hearing test with hearing aids in! But test was done in a room full of people talking and laughing, too much background noise, but they will retest me tomorrow in a quiet room, hope I pass that one!

I'm sure you'll get through it tomorrow, hopefully things will calm a bit.
