My "adaptive cruise control is unavailable", sensors not blocked, decent temp today, any ideas? I'd really rather not put it in the shop...

Do you have a FL? my last one was weird and i had to speed up, tap the brake then set it. it only did it periodcally and wasnt the norm. but my friend had the same issue with her 2016 which is how i figured it out.

Had more than one FL with that problem. Try engaging and disengaging the CC repeatedly (at least 6 times) in a 15 second period. Another option is to get parked, brake engaged, then shut it down for 5 minutes. Return to driving and check if the CC operates again. It's just another electrical gremlin.

That is what worked for me when I drove a FL

My new truck is loaded with electrical Gremlins.. I see that message frequently, but the cc still works. If I cut the main power to the truck, sometimes my wipers will run on hi-speed.. allegedly with zero power. Sometimes, again with main power off, my tail lights won't turn off either.
