Thanks guys. And yeah, I’m actually glad about the breakdowns kind of. At least I know what to do.

And yeah, I’m sure I’ll have plenty of spots I can’t get into. :)

Sometimes that's all is needed is a small wake up call to set someone straight. I am happy that he is turning out to be a good trainer. I hope I have as positive experience as you are now having when I join you guys on the road.

There is a lesson here. Sometimes all that is needed is a good conversation to resolve issues and to develop a good working relationships. I have seen many examples on this forum from the random people popping on this site with issues that could/should have been resolved with a discussion. However, they allowed anger and/or ego to interfere and they just went into a career death spiral instead.

Thank you Grumpy for sharing this story. It may sound cheesy, but I am adding this to my top 10 major lesson learned from this site.

Cool. I’m glad I could contribute something helpful.

Pretty soon I’ll be an expert on waiting for the shop. Lol

Getting lots of PA mountain experience. I’m becoming really familiar with northeast PA.

Definitely helps with shifting practice.

Trainer had no criticism yesterday.

Apparently my trainer told Training that I need a sleep study. I’m actually OK with having one, but I wonder if he mentioned that I am sleepy because he keeps the bunk heater set at 85 night and day, which I have mentioned will put me to sleep?

Lol

Yeah, last night and again today I was on the brink of screaming “brake!” When he finally noticed someone pulling out in front of us.

After the one today he had the nerve to say he would notice stuff like that long before me. I just bit my tongue.
