It's probably a warranty item. Ask your company what they want you to do. My company would probably have me take mine to a dealer.
Yes it is possible, but doing it will void warranty and if done wrong could cause bigger problems. As Scott said it should be a warranty item, you should contact your company they will probably have you take it to a dealer.
I agree with Big Scott on this. I'm a "throw duct tape on it and get back to work" kind of guy, but you should certainly check with your company before splicing in a wire on their truck. If they give you the green light, then yeah there is probably a way to patch in a wire. Try changing the bulb first though if you haven't already.

Long story short. 2018 kenworth T680. Plug to headlight housing was rotted away. Lowbeam light not working but turn and high work. Is it posible to at least run a wire to something to get the lowbeam to work
