Tractor front bumper got cracked...and i have to replace it..until the part alive..can i take off bumper...should i get ticket for it..

I mean I've seen people without a bumper before and some POS trucks, so I'm not entirely sure.

I would think as long as it's secure and not flapping in the wind about to tear off you should be okay.

Back in October 2017 when this 4 wheeler sideswiped my truck and ripped off my bumper from behind, I sat in Boston for a week waiting for my replacement bumper to arrive. I was told if was not legal to drive without one.

They ended up flying one from. Memphis so the truck dealership could put it on and I could drive the truck.
