ANOTHER Illinois State Trooper Killed 294 Shutdown.

Dear God.... Update.....
An Illinois State trooper was killed early Saturday morning by a wrong-way driver who struck his vehicle on Interstate 94 in the westbound lanes, according to a release from Illinois State Police.
About 3:25 a.m., Trooper Gerald Ellis, 36, was on-duty in his squad car traveling home on I-94 near mile post 166.75 in Green Oaks when a wrong-way driver who was driving eastbound in the westbound lanes, struck Ellis head on, the release said.
Translation probably a drunk driver a dark day for ISP.
Interstate:
Commercial trade, business, movement of goods or money, or transportation from one state to another, regulated by the Federal Department Of Transportation (DOT).
I really do not understand why this year has been so bad already.
Went through there a few hours ago on our way to Milwaukee we heard on the cb there was a fatality but didnt know it was a cop. Very sad, wasnt there another state trooper killed a few weeks ago in Illinois?
Yes there was, and another 2 or 3 days ago.

Details still developing but it appears another trooper was strucked and killed early this morning by a driver going the wrong way. 294 near Libertyville all lanes and shoulder blocked. Not sure mile marker.
