Greetings Dominik, I know Schneider National, Inc., used to recruit from overseas. I've met several that were recruited from Ireland, but that was years ago. What their policy is now, I don't know but you could try them.
Good luck.
It's really difficult to legally be Sponsored by a trucking company. I don't know of any trucking companies doing this. Our government classified trucking as a "non skilled labor job" to keep people from getting work visas for trucking. I honestly don't know all the reasons why this was originally done, but at least now days it is to keep terrorists from using big trucks to wreak havoc.

According to replies they made on Facebook, they no longer do that. I tried finding exactly what they said, but couldn't find it.
Found something about it for Schneider.

Hello,
I would like to ask you if you know any company in the USA which can do sponsorship for truck drivers from Europe?
I live in Czech Republic, I am 23 years old and I would love to find a job in USA, it doesn´t have to be big truck, I could start just with a van or anything. I have experience with vans about 3 years and big truck 1 year, but I think it is not about experience but about how you like driving and your attitude.
So please give me some advice or just anything what could help me to get a job in USA. Thank you
Best regards, Dominik
EPU:
Electric Auxiliary Power Units
Electric APUs have started gaining acceptance. These electric APUs use battery packs instead of the diesel engine on traditional APUs as a source of power. The APU's battery pack is charged when the truck is in motion. When the truck is idle, the stored energy in the battery pack is then used to power an air conditioner, heater, and other devices
