Spent the night in Kittery Maine and I wake up with a note on my window. I was thinking somebody clipped me. Instead I spent an hour drinking coffee with this old fart... BTW he's not so grumpy.

Trucking has made me less grumpy. I deal with people less.

Nice meeting you

Was just about to shower when my truck decided it needed a regen. Decided I probably shouldn’t leave it while it ran the regen.

I’m finally going to be able to roll out of here about 3:00 am, drop and hook in Syracuse and head home. Then head back out Sunday afternoon for a delivery Monday am in Coal Center PA

Drop And Hook:

Drop and hook means the driver will drop one trailer and hook to another one.

In order to speed up the pickup and delivery process a driver may be instructed to drop their empty trailer and hook to one that is already loaded, or drop their loaded trailer and hook to one that is already empty. That way the driver will not have to wait for a trailer to be loaded or unloaded.

It was the winter goatee. Plus the girlfriend wasn't happy with it. I have to keep the old girl happy...
