This is probably being done so Commifornia can recoup some of the taxes lost from citizens and businesses fleeing the TAX INSANITY that the state has become.

I own and old BMW (1998, 540 i). In Commiefornia registration is $168.00. In Indiana, it's $30. Isn't that how the Dems do everything, try to take every last pe by a person has?
