Most all of the big companies will let you take your home time wherever you like as long as they can get you freight there. Ohio should be pretty easy.
Yes they will. Just like with home time just request it there and make sure you have a truckstop nearby or someplace to park the truck.

I am starting with Western Express at the end of the month.. dry van division...my home is North Carolina but my grown kids live in Ohio. Will they let me go to Ohio to see them? I am willing and able to stay out on the road indefinitely...
