New Diet. This May Take Some Work!

I aint a rabbit gimme my meats lol 3 months in Philippines eating natural foods mostly. Didn't really do a lot did walk up the mountain a time or 3. Basicly it rained daily most of the 3 months there (rainy season) eating rice ,eggs, pork, some yummy breads, coffee and some beers in evening with the guys ( hard workin farmers) and lost over 12 pounds ......after having so much pig soon as I got back to the city from the jungle,,,it was time for BEEF !!! Had me the biggest juiciest steak n potatoes I could find.....In Amarillo, we stopped n ate at The Texan place lol home of the 72 ounce steak ( no I couldn't even eat half that monster or try)
