If an application asks for it, then yes! It will be found out when the company does a background check of you.
Now only answer the application questions exactly as written.
Examples: Have you had a ticket in the past 3 years? NO.
Have you ever had a ticket for a moving violation? YES.
Levi,
First, you can request a copy of your MVR to see if it is on there.
Second, answer the question asked. Prime asks if you have had any traffic convictions in the last five years. They also ask if you have ever had a conviction for reckless driving. These may not be on your MVR, but they can still find them.
Missouri has an online public database. I just ran my last name in it and sorted it by traffic. A case came up from 1987 for a careless and imprudent driving conviction for someone with my same last name (not me).
Just because its not on your MVR, doesn't mean they can't find it.

I start CDL classes here in Oklahoma in two weeks and just remembered that I have a speeding ticket in which I was going between 1-10 over. The ticket was Dec 26th 2015. Do you think this is something that I need to list and explain when filling out applications after graduation? I would think that over 4 years years ago for a minor violation would be enough time to have it removed from my MVR but im not sure.
