To post photos you hit reply. Above the reply box is several options including "photo". Click that and then upload new photo. After you select the photo push "Go!" Give it a moment until it transfers the coding into your post. Hit preview at the bottom by the submit button to make sure it looks right
BMI:
Body mass index (BMI)
BMI is a formula that uses weight and height to estimate body fat. For most people, BMI provides a reasonable estimate of body fat. The BMI's biggest weakness is that it doesn't consider individual factors such as bone or muscle mass. BMI may:
- Underestimate body fat for older adults or other people with low muscle mass
- Overestimate body fat for people who are very muscular and physically fit
It's quite common, especially for men, to fall into the "overweight" category if you happen to be stronger than average. If you're pretty strong but in good shape then pay no attention.
awesome job with the permit. I take it that they're ok with the 2 month card? I love reading diaries and seeing how new drivers progress and overcome the challenges involved early on in this industry. I will definitely read it if you have time to post it.

So it just got real. I took my Cdl permit test today, as well as DOT physical. Iโm starting on Monday! Not sure if people still do the diaries, but if so, Iโll definitely make one. Thanks for all of the help and advice through all of this.

State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.
