Hello,

I have recently registred a startup that deals with ecommerce and i would like to hire some van driversand truck drivers to deliver goos here and there within the US.

There are a lot of regulatory paperwork i have to fill for my corporation. I have an EIN and this are some of the things i need to fill:

MC Number Insurance IRP 2290 UCR IFTA License BOC-3

Do i need to have to be a US citizen to get any of this?

I want to apply everything above as my corporation since i wont be doing any driving myself. Its just acquiring vans and trucks to deliver things when i make sales. I deal with heavy furniture, electronics and bulky imported TV sets so i would need a truck to transport things around.

OOS:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

You need to go somewhere else to advertise.

Start with Craigslist.

Most businesses call a shipping company like uber freight or coyote. It is much much much cheaper than maintaining a truck.

Or all the regulatory hoops you need to jump through to get properly licensed to get on the road - as well as startup expenses for the equipment...
