Hi.... For those types of questions you need to call the main number and ask Steve Larsen in training. Sam at the fuel desk may also be able to help since we use the same cards for fueling.
Ask on Monday. The reason they put it on the card is because 1. You arent an employee yet. 2. It usually takes 2 weeks for banks to set up a direct deposit. So even your first 2 weeks of TNT will go on the card. Be aware everytime you call for a balance it charges $1. But yours sounds as though something isn't activated.
Prime Inc has their own CDL training program and it's divided into two phases - PSD and TNT.
The PSD (Prime Student Driver) phase is where you'll get your permit and then go on the road for 10,000 miles with a trainer. When you come back you'll get your CDL license and enter the TNT phase.
The TNT phase is the second phase of training where you'll go on the road with an experienced driver for 30,000 miles of team driving. You'll receive 14¢ per mile ($700 per week guaranteed) during this phase. Once you're finished with TNT training you will be assigned a truck to run solo.
Thank you Kearsey. I test first thing Monday morning and from what I understand we turn in the green card and get the blue card for TNT. I was trying to find a solution before that point but I’ll just talk with whoever I need to talk to when I end up swapping cards.

Kearsey chips in:
Be aware everytime you call for a balance [Comdata] charges $1.
DL the Comdata OnRoad Android App at the Android PlayStore. Comdata never got a penny of my money for fees.
Ok...Question...are you in the SLC terminal? I got a call from a student there saying they were told not to call to check balances and to use the phone app. However what apparently this driver didn't understand is that you need to call the number on the back to activate the card and set up your PIN
Once you activate the PIN on the phone you can use the card at the ATM and on app
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Hello all,
I’m a Prime Inc PSD and I am testing in a few days. I have some questions about my green Comdata card, the one that gets loaded with $200 every week that I’m in training.
As soon as I got the card/ID I called the number and activated it and set up the pin and haven’t touched it since. I recently found out from my recruiter that all my travel expenses and my $100 Prime Inc registration fee gets refunded onto the Comdata card and not my personal checking account.
If I don’t take any money from the card while I am in training and I get my refunded travel expenses on the card, what happens when I turn in the card after I pass my CDL test? Where do those funds go?
Say for example I get my Comdata card and I am in training for 2 weeks. I also get my travel expenses on the card.
$200/wk plus $250 travel expense plus $100 registration fee equals $750 on the card potentially. Will this money be moved to my first Prime Inc paycheck after I turn in my green Comdata card? Or will it just vanish?
I tried registering the card online today so that I could check the balance and see what the situation was but I kept getting a “registration could not be completed. Call Comdata customer service” error message. I called Comdata customer service and they said they couldn’t tell me any information about it because they don’t have visibility on the Prime Inc cards. I called the Prime Inc recruiter number and they said they couldn’t help because payroll doesn’t work on the weekends.
The Comdata registration page asks for the Comdata card number and the activation code ( I used my SSN).
I just don’t want to lose hundreds of dollars because I chose not to use Prime Inc’s cash advance card.
Sorry for the crazy long post.

The following is from Prime's website:
Prime’s PSD begins with you obtaining your CDL permit. Then you’ll go on the road with a certified CDL instructor for no less than 75 hours of one-on-one behind the wheel training. After training, you’ll return to Prime’s corporate headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, for final CDL state testing and your CDL license.
