I'm not the only one thinking about you.
Thanks for asking! I’m doing very well, walking a mile per day, no fast food , and not one cigarette since the day I went in hospital. That’s a hugh accomplishment, I was smoking 2 packs a day! Saving my cdl , has been difficult. To the point on 09/29 I left prime. I am now , seeking other companies but the process is overwhelming I’m receiving about 20 calls a day. As I’ve only worked for one company for 3 years and I’m not sure what is different at other companies

Hi Donna,
Please watch your health. I've always told my students that the med card isn't so that the DOT will let you into trucking, but it's the way they keep you out after your health has deteriorated. MY friends ask me all the time why i do trucking for two weeks, and then take two weeks off. It's quite simple, my health. Please keep that in mind.
DOT:
Department Of Transportation
A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.
State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.
