Has anyone here used it?
Pretty much my entire hiring process with Knight was processed through Pulse App/ tenstreet. All of the companies applied with required signing documents through that system.
Many companies use it. I would guess that almost every driver on TT has used it at some point. Did you have a question about it?
I did. I have an application on there for Swift and although it is gray, it says declined in the Company History. Does that mean they declined my application?

I've never run into that. Maybe someone else has more experience. My guess is that you're right. Recruiters tend to be pretty aggressive when they're interested in you. I would think though they would have sent you an email with a "thanks for applying but.." note.
I know who my recruiter is, but it as been a week and we still yet have not spoken. He tried calling me when I sent in my pre-qualification app, but wasn't able to talk due to working at my current job when he called. Have not heard from him since and I have left voicemails and messages. Still nothing.
I would recommend logging into the tensteet program directly and doing the full application. Once I did that started receiving communication from companies I had not contacted or considered. You can also upload documents that most are going to ask for. Several companies I submitted to either never responded or received the “recruiter assigned” message. I will say response; a call, email or text was about 50/50. Two companies I was really interest in would not respond to calls or email from me but would show status changes in Pulse. I had 3 recruiters for the company that finally brought me on board. First two not really impressive finally got the military/veteran recruiter who was great.
BMI is a formula that uses weight and height to estimate body fat. For most people, BMI provides a reasonable estimate of body fat. The BMI's biggest weakness is that it doesn't consider individual factors such as bone or muscle mass. BMI may:
It's quite common, especially for men, to fall into the "overweight" category if you happen to be stronger than average. If you're pretty strong but in good shape then pay no attention.
I did the full application a few days ago. This morning i filled out one for CR England, just to have a backup plan

That particular recruiter may be on vacation or somewhere else for the week. Lots of other companies out here are all hiring, though. Keep sending out applications.

Most likely yes. You can reach out to the recruiting department there in general if you can’t reach your specific recruiter and one of the recruiters there could probably let you know for sure.
Keep applying elsewhere
