Today on a gravel transfer truck. Seemed to still only use 10 gears despite the readout. Maybe a new feature?

No, it's an auto , just one speed back

IIRC that means it's in diagnostics mode and it's not finding any problems

My grandfather used to drive a 20 speed dump truck so this is pretty close!

We have a new KW sitting in the shop for the last month plus cause it keeps saying transmission fault.

A 20 speed is pretty close indeed, and probably not an auto shift for that matter.

Fault code makes sense. The service light on the push button transmission hub is on as well.

Hopefully not just a PACCOR thing then. If I find anything out I'll update Monday.
