Millis trains in Ga but I think they are all automatics. Let me check fleet directory I think there might be a small outfit in Atl that might train.
Does anybody know of any school in Georgia who still trains on manuals would prefer paid cdl training if possible

First of all, you'd have to call your local schools and ask, but my thoughts are that they want your money, instead of having you go with paid CDL training anyway, so they'll just tell you whatever you want to hear, to be honest.
