I don't see anyone saying you're untrustworthy I merely see people giving you the perspective of potential employers.

Well , to all you no way Debbie downers, I actually did pass my mvr and I got in. And you should not call someone not trustworthy when you personally do not know them or all of the circumstances around their situation. I gave you guys brief descriptions my issues. I see this type of forum is not for me !!!

MVR:

Motor Vehicle Record

An MVR is a report of your driving history, as reported from your state Department of Motor Vehicles. Information on this report may include Drivers License information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on your driving record.

Destiny;

In reading all the above recent replies (and your original post!) I offered you NOTHING but, some links & avenues.

Please don't expect 'all' to assuage your (and others') situation(s.) Assuage and assumptions... et al!

Wish you well. As I posted, before.

ps: I'm the LEAST of a 'Debbie' (or Annie?) downer .. of so many folks I know. My glass is ALWAYS half full.

Hope yours is, also!

I got my license suspended a couple years ago. I got a terrible speeding ticket in my car about three years ago and the DMV didn’t suspend it until 2 years ago. I took a couple years off trucking and I was able to get back in but I still had recent (within the last three years) driving experience so it was a tad easier for me to get back in. Even so I’ve had mostly closed doors and not been able to get the best paying gigs since I got back into trucking. There are companies here and there that will give people a chance but I’ve found that most of them require experience.

If Roehl will take you that’s great, but hopefully my response outlines why most of us aren’t sure if you’ll find a trucking job at this time

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

DMV:

Department of Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Motor Vehicles

The state agency that handles everything related to your driver's licences, including testing, issuance, transfers, and revocation.
