I'm glad you're OK. You've had quite a month. Hang in there things are bound to get better.
I'm glad I'm ok too. The hits keep on coming. My son had to put down our oldest bulldog. At nearly 21, this is the first devastating decision he has had to make without Mom being just a few miles away. It's heartbreaking. I really need something to go right.
Zazu, at 10 and a half, has outlived the majority of English Bulldogs expected lifespan. We are all heartbroken to lose the big guy.

NaeNae,
Sorry for the loss of your beloved puppy. I know the feeling all too well. My wife and I had a Sheltie, "Shelby"", that had cancer and when the wife was out of town visiting our daughter I had to make the final decision to end her suffering. It was one of the hardest things that I had to ever do because this little bundle of joy was really her dog. We got thru the grief finally but will always cherish the sweetest dog we ever knew. Your son did good for a decision on his own.

Well, that was certainly closer than I ever wanted to be, to a tornado last night.
It was a giant wall of black coming at me. Once the rain and hail hit, I pulled off at the next ramp. I could see the on ramp was full, so I stuck with the off ramp. I watched a man pull up behind me, with a full truckload of hay.
He "forgot" to set his brakes. His truck rolled into my trailer. Lots of cursey words were said. Way too much rain while exchanging information. Luckily it was a damaged already trailer, with no new damage, and was already on my way to the terminal.
I had hopes that I could turn Chunk in, before being hit, or being on a tow truck. Neither has been avoided!
I'm thankful that I am ok, and my equipment is undamaged.
Terminal:
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
