I got issued a used truck there is a yellow and brown coloured liquid under my floor vinyl by the bunk Amy thoughts?

Does it have a smell?

My suspicion is you have a leak in your heater coil. That could possibly leak anti-freeze into the cab. There's no way I can be certain, but that's my guess. I'd show it to a mechanic at your shop and see what they say.

It's safe to drive, but if you have a dog or pet in the truck you don't want them drinking it.

In a used truck it could be anything. I would get the shop to check it out.

It’s thick and oily feeling and stinks but not like antifreeze

Is there a container of something in the storage area under the bunk that may have leaked?
