The officer wrote in the notes my actual speed
Cody, car or truck?
In my case (not with Swift), all that mattered was that the final disposition was less than 15 even though they knew it was for 15. This was to comply with their insurance carrier’s rules.
What's the rest of your driving record like, Cody? I got an "over 15" just months before I signed with Swift's school. No problem. But my driving record before that one was spotless. (And other than that one is still clean.)
A reasonable fear to have. Been my experience that it goes by the adjudicated amount.
I had received a ticket from an officer that had alleged that I was eluding and evading. He cited me for speed over legal and noted excess of 130 mph in a 60 on the ticket.
When I went court on it, it was settled for 1 to 5 over and subsequently dropped and removed from my record.

I'm trying to get hired on by swift, I had a speeding ticket June 2023, They requested a copy of it to make sure it isn't over 15 mph. My speed was 17 mph but I was only cited for 5 over. Would they look at my ticket as 5 over or my actual speed?
