They are training my tail off, working me hard, honing my driving skills, pushing my limits, making the skills course as tough as can be, raising the bar on driving standards to an unprecedented level, challenging me beyond what I thought I could do, running me hard - into that fatigue that makes you feel like you've completed a really hard day's work ...every single day, doggin' me (in a positive way) but making me feel accomplished ...

...and I ...am ...lovin' ...it!!!

I'm too tired to write up details about my adventures yet - and there have been several already - but I'll get caught up, here.

Be safe out there, Everyone!

Way to go MG. I know exactly what you mean when you say you are too tired to write down all your adventures. I really had good intentions going through school and orientation. But I just couldn't keep up with it. I have had lots of adventures as I am sure you are having as well. Just let us know when the opportunity arises so we can all be in on what is happening at Conway with you.

Stay safe and watch you trailer! smile.gif

I was just thinking about MG myself. She's not at Conway anymore. Last I heard from her, she's with another LTL company.

LTL:

Less Than Truckload

Refers to carriers that make a lot of smaller pickups and deliveries for multiple customers as opposed to hauling one big load of freight for one customer. This type of hauling is normally done by companies with terminals scattered throughout the country where freight is sorted before being moved on to its destination.

LTL carriers include:

  • FedEx Freight
  • Con-way
  • YRC Freight
  • UPS
  • Old Dominion
  • Estes
  • Yellow-Roadway
  • ABF Freight
  • R+L Carrier
