Take advantage of all of the CDL practice tests and High Road here on TT. You will be way ahead of your class when you need to take the written permit tests. Good Luck!

I have been using the High Road program, and been taking most of us tests I can find online. Getting 96 or above
Hunter congrats Prime is an excellent company to start ones career with. Recently Prime has changed their program slightly. ( For the Better)
First few days you will be focusing on the basic steps to receive your permit and there will also be classes on the culture at Prime.
Afterward you will spend time in the sim lab. Working the simulator to access your ability to shift and basic maneuvers. They will split people up that are more proficient and possibly train those in house where you will learn from a great staff of instructors at the campus. After the 15th day you will test. Pass you receive your CDL.
Afterward you will be set up with a trainer and you will be with him until you complete your 40000 miles. A trainer has the option to keep you on his truck for up to 6 months if he feels you aren't ready to be upgraded.
If you don't get into that program you will be set up with a PSD instructor. This gives the people that need more one on one training personized instruction. Your instructor will determine when you can go back to campus to test out. Usually in 2 or 3 weeks though I've seen as many as 5 for those who need the help.
Good luck I'll probably be at Springfield at the same time. I am going to be a PSD/TNT instructor and have to complete a couple courses so I can pick up my first victim. I mean student

Prime Inc has a CDL training program and the first phase is referred to as PSD. You'll get your permit and then 10,000 miles of on the road instruction.
Prime’s PSD begins with you obtaining your CDL permit. Then you’ll go on the road with a certified CDL instructor for no less than 75 hours of one-on-one behind the wheel training. After training, you’ll return to Prime’s corporate headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, for final CDL state testing and your CDL license.
Prime Inc has their own CDL training program and it's divided into two phases - PSD and TNT.
The PSD (Prime Student Driver) phase is where you'll get your permit and then go on the road for 10,000 miles with a trainer. When you come back you'll get your CDL license and enter the TNT phase.
The TNT phase is the second phase of training where you'll go on the road with an experienced driver for 30,000 miles of team driving. You'll receive 14¢ per mile ($700 per week guaranteed) during this phase. Once you're finished with TNT training you will be assigned a truck to run solo.

Hunter, I have been using Straight Talk thru Walmart for over 5 years now. I'm on the AT&T towers with my plan. $45.00 per month includes 5 gigs of data. They just started a new plan for $55.00 with 10 gigs of data. They also use Verizon and T- Mobile towers. I would personally steer clear of T-Mobile.
I personally love my Verizon plan. When I was out with my trainer she would lose service all the time and I would still have LTE service! The coverage is just amazing but they are a little pricey. I have 6 gigs of data and I still haven't gone over. Anytime I have access to wifi I will use that and I'm careful about what I do while not on wifi (I don't watch YouTube or play games.)

Hello, looking for advice as I prepare for my journey to Springfield Missouri and PRIME INC. Any advice would be welcome, as I understand it they don't accept any more out of state cdl permits so any insight as to what I am about to embark on would be greatly apprecieted
