Thank you Old School for this post. I too have always loved cars and motorcycles, but my love for trucks is being rekindled from my childhood days when I always seen trucks on the road when going to visit my grandparents and watching the shows on TV where trucks were the stars.
Here's a nice rig I saw this morning in Delhi, Louisiana. Take a close look at the second shot and you'll see a great initiative for working at Melton and staying with them for a good while. Million milers get a truck custom designed after their own specifications - an intriguing idea!
You like chrome on your truck?
You like chrome on your truck?
Is that even legal??
This is the truck I’ve been driving lately.
But man I’d love something like this!
A bonus: really dig this trailer! 🙂
After a couple of days hometime I took my wife and kids up with me to SPRIMO to drop me at the terminal. Ran across these beauties in the Petro on I44 in Joplin. 😃
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
I saw this rig earlier this week near Bessemer, AL. I thought I'd share it with you guys.
Purdy...!!!
Now that's what a truck "sapose to look like"! The grill is in the next zip code, chrome tank straps, retro paint scheme, and straight pipes...that's a stone cold "show-time" winner. I wonder what his wax budget is?
I was going to ask if you were in Cresonna tomorrow morning...looks like your not. Should be rollin' down 61 at aught 7 or so.

I've had my wife riding along with me for the past few weeks and we've enjoyed seeing a lot of the country together. We were both a little surprised when we spotted this most unusual Rig parked at a Pilot in Southern Indiana.
I'm not sure about the story behind this thing, but here's a closer look at the graphic on the side of it.
It gives a whole new meaning to "Loco"motive power unit.
