I know in St.Louis,MO 64 Westbound goes directly above 64 Eastbound. My question is is there other places on other interstates that does that exact same thing?

Interstate:

Commercial trade, business, movement of goods or money, or transportation from one state to another, regulated by the Federal Department Of Transportation (DOT).

I-80 Bay Bridge between SF and Oakland comes to mind.

Here's an interesting piece of Interstate trivia - there is only one place in the country where you can be travelling North on one Interstate and South on another at the same time. Do you know where it is?

It's where I-77 and I-81 run together in Wytheville, Virginia.

Going across the Grapevine into and out of Castaic in SoCal, there's a segment where the road switches sides, and the northbound is on the left and the southbound is on the right.

In Charlotte I85 runs East and West, but it says North and South.

There are a lot of places like that, it's because the overall highway from one end to the other runs in a certain general direction, but along the way it zigs and zags.

Also another bit of highway trivia:

Interstates that end in odd numbers run N/S and are sequential from west to east (I-5 on the west coast, then I-15 I-25, and so on until I-95 on the east coast).

Interstates that end in even numbers run E/W and are sequential from south to north (I-10 near Mexico, I-90 near Canada).

3-digit interstates are bypasses for the interstate named in the last 2 digits (for example, I-295 would be a bypass for I-95).
